1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ReptIQ, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. Use of Service

ReptIQ is provided for personal use to track your reptile collection. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Use the service legally and responsibly
• Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or abuse the service
• Not share your account with others

3. Subscription Terms

• Free Tier: Up to 10 reptiles, basic features
• Premium: $9.99/month, up to 100 reptiles, advanced features
• Premium Breeder: $19.99/month, up to 1,000 reptiles, breeding features
• Storage Add-ons: One-time purchases that permanently increase your limits (maximum 5 add-on purchases per account)

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal. You can cancel anytime through Google Play Store > Subscriptions.

4. Refunds

• Subscription refunds are handled by Google Play. To request a refund, visit Google Play Store > Account > Order History and select the purchase.
• Storage add-on purchases are one-time and non-refundable after use.
• If you experience a billing issue, contact us at support@reptiq.io.

5. Data Accuracy

ReptIQ provides care sheet information for educational purposes. Always consult a reptile veterinarian for medical advice. We are not responsible for any harm to animals based on app information.

6. Content Ownership

You own all content you create (reptile data, photos, notes). You grant ReptIQ permission to store and sync this data for providing the service.

7. Service Changes

We may modify features, pricing, or discontinue the service at any time. We'll provide reasonable notice for major changes.

8. Liability Limitation

ReptIQ is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Data loss (always maintain backups!)
• Service interruptions
• Decisions made based on app information
• Damage to animals from incorrect care

9. Account Termination

We may terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
